Gps水汽反演和降雨預報研究是當前氣象遙感應用的一個前沿探索領域，本論文依托于中意科技合作項目“洪水風險規(guī)劃、監(jiān)測和實時預報的集成系統(tǒng)” ，主要成果體現在以下方面： ( 1 )提出了一個合理的gps水汽監(jiān)測網設計方案根據gps衛(wèi)星信號傳播原理和水汽垂直分布規(guī)律以及流域天氣的地方性特征，確定了不同高度截角下一個gps站所能測定大氣水汽含量的有效范圍，得出了濱江流域只需要3 4個gps接收機就足以反映流域水汽變化的結論。
